New Organic Japanese Beetle Controllers on Alert!

Having tried a wide variety of organic controls to limit Japanese beetle damage on our outdoor flower and berry beds with limited success, we decided to take off the gloves this season. Yes, we decided to take no further prisoners in the annual battle with Japanese beetles, and so we brought in the real enforcers; pearl gray guinea fowl! They are already all over the garden beds every day going after God knows what insects in the snow! Unlike previous years, we can hardly wait for Japanese beetle season (May/June) to begin.
